Stella Students Shine Spiritually
Students of many religions attend
Stella Niagara Education Park. A religion-based education builds
character by reinforcing the values of a society based on justice, mercy
and peace. Stella Niagara, as a designated Peace Site, proudly
weaves these values through all grade levels and through all programs.
From the earliest years to graduation, Stella students actively carry
these values to the community through programs that integrate fellowship
and social responsibility into the daily schedule.
While every student attends Christian
religious services on a regular basis, and the Catholic religion is taught
as a course of study, great respect is shown toward the religious beliefs
and backgrounds of each child.
Stella Students Shine Physically
The athletic program at Stella
Niagara Education Park cultivates the personal strengths of each student
in an environment of fair play, good sportsmanship and cooperation.
These values are held as important throughout all Stella's sports
programs.
All sports programs are designed to
provide students with the opportunity to develop skills, sportsmanship
and self-confidence. The school's physical education program is a
developmental sports program that introduces sport-specific skills,
emphasizes the development of those skills and involves minimal
competition. The recreational sports program maximizes and
equalizes participation and emphasizes an enjoyable leisure activity.
The competitive sports program emphasizes the pursuit of excellence and
winning. All students are encouraged to participate in the
athletic programs regardless of athletic ability.

Stella Students Shine Intellectually
Stella offers a curriculum that is
varied and enriching, meeting or exceeding the requirements of New York
State. Self-esteem and confidence are developed through sequenced
and thematic instruction. Students are encouraged to seek out
knowledge for themselves. From pre-school to eighth grade, Stella
Niagara Education Park offers a program designed to meet the student's
need at each stage of his or her development, allowing for sequential
skill development with provision for both remediation and enrichment.
Members of Stella Niagara Education Park
faculty are chosen for their educational preparation, instructional
abilities, genuine interest and concern for children.
